Overheating Assessor, Home based

Basic up to £40k depending on experience

Our client is an award-winning consultancy firm within Energy and Sustainability for the construction industry. One of the specialist services they deliver is overheating assessments.

Due to their continued growth which has seen their company double in the last few years they are looking to recruit self-motivated overheating assessors to produce assessments and reports to their client base, working closely with other teams across the business.

This is a home-based role, and no site visits are required. You are welcome to go to the office if you wish but this is completely your choice. The role is home based but you must reside in the UK.  Due to the company being mainly home based they have spent a lot of time on ensuring you don’t feel cut off from the business by organising events on line and in person.

To be considered for this role you will need to have worked on producing Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments and use IES VE. Our client operates flexible working to ensure you have a great work life balance.  For those who wish to work standard hours they work 9am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 4pm on a Friday, many team members work compressed or flexible hours.

The company like to encourage team days twice a year which this helps bring the team together in a relaxed environment to build working relationships when the team is working across the UK.

If you are an Overheating assessor and looking for a company who will develop your skills and allow you to deliver a quality service to your clients then contact Tina for a confidential conversation today.

Our client is not able to support Visa workers at this time.

If you do not hear from us within seven days, then your application has not been successful on this occasion. We may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly.
