The Role

As an SBEM Assessor, you’ll be responsible for producing SBEM reports and energy assessments across a range of projects. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure all assessments meet industry standards and contribute to efficient, environmentally responsible building designs.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience producing SBEM reports and assessments
✅ UK-based, with the ability to travel for occasional site visits
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to energy performance and sustainability standards
✅ A proactive, self-motivated approach — able to work effectively from home
