Zest4Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a Principal or Associate Sustainability Consultant (Energy) on behalf of a forward-thinking engineering consultancy that’s shaping a low-carbon future.

You’ll be part of a dynamic Sustainability Group, working on innovative projects across the built environment — driving progress towards net zero whole life carbon.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver large-scale sustainability and energy projects.
• Develop and implement energy and carbon strategies.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a talented team.
• Undertake energy modelling (Part L, Elmhurst, IES) and thermal comfort analysis.
• Deliver BREEAM, WELL, and other environmental assessments.
• Contribute to cutting-edge sustainability research and best practice.

💡 About You

• Degree in a relevant sustainability or engineering discipline.
• Experience in energy modelling, building performance, or sustainability consultancy.
• Knowledge of Part L, net zero carbon, and operational energy.
• A passion for innovation, collaboration, and sustainable outcomes.
