Zest4Talent are partnering with a leading consultancy to recruit a Senior Consultant to lead on major project delivery with experience in LCA, Energy Statements, Part L, OCDEA work

🔎 The Role

In this senior role you’ll:

• Lead Part L compliance and energy strategies.
• Deliver residential overheating and non-domestic thermal comfort studies.
• Undertake Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to drive sustainable design decisions.
• Manage multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to delivery.
• Develop innovative approaches to complex sustainability challenges.
• Mentor junior colleagues and influence clients and industry best practice.

💡 About You

You’ll be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in  Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Energy experience with the build sector.
• Strong project management skills, leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent technical knowledge of building regulations, policy and sustainability standards.
• Confident communication, report-writing and client-facing skills.
