Senior Principal Building Physics Consultant

Hybrid working (head office in London, other locations possible)

Basic up to £65,000 depending on experience

Our client is a leading engineering and environmental consultancy providing multidisciplinary services to the property, infrastructure, energy, sustainability and environmental markets around the world.

Due to an increasing and diverse workload an opportunity has arisen for a sustainability consultant to the growing Property Sustainability team.  They have offices based around the UK (head office in London) and support hybrid working with 3 days based in one of the office locations throughout the UK.

Our client is looking for the following skills and knowledge:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IES VE undertaking energy analyses

Experience with GLA planning requirements

Qualified LCEA assessor (L5) & experience with Part L calculations

Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc)

Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessments and thermal bridging

Working knowledge of associated BREEAM analyses / reporting (eg HEA04, ENE01, ENE04)

Experienced in IES Apache HVAC for detailed energy modelling
