Acoustic Consultant – Construction

Opportunity Bedfordshire and surrounding, Hybrid role

Basic up to £40k, plus bonus and benefits

My client is a leading acoustic environmental consultancy firm with a prestigious history spanning over 20 years. Growing steadily to become one of the UK’s largest independent acoustics consultancies, constantly expanding into new areas of expertise.

They work in a wide variety of sectors covering residential, commercial and entertainment industries. As they continue to grow their team, they are now seeking an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join their team of experts and lead in the creation of acoustic excellence.

The Acoustic Consultant will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering a wide range of acoustic consultancy services across multiple sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects that will shape the future of our cities and built environments, providing innovative solutions to complex acoustic challenges.

The role will include:

Managing acoustic consultancy projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical excellence and innovative solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering expert advice and ensuring satisfaction with the company services.

Completing advanced acoustic analysis and modelling, preparing detailed technical reports and recommendations.

For this role you will need:

3 years upwards professional experience in acoustic consultancy within the construction sector, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in acoustic modelling software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A full UK driving licence.

Be commuting distance 2 days a week to their office near Bedford.
